Sue is one of the founders and the Managing Director for Ochre House. Overseeing all corporate strategy implementation and direction, she is responsible for the fulfilment of the company's mission to deliver transformational value to our clients measured in terms of increased productivity and business performance.Widely respected as a thought leader in talent management, Sue is a speaker and workshop facilitator on a broad range of HR topics and considered a champion of the adoption of talent programmes to spearhead growth. In 2001 Sue launched the global Ochre House HR Director Network, an extended think-tank of over 650 senior HR professionals from major companies which meets regularly to share best practice and new thinking in talent management.
Jennie Emerson is Operations Director of Ochre House with responsibility for driving optimum productivity through best practice in the key operational areas of people, process, technology and MI. Jennie is a Director and shareholder of Ochre House and one of the original management team which came together in 2003. During the six years up to 2009 when she assumed her current role, Jennie managed the group's recruitment agency businesses.Prior to joining Ochre House Jennie spent seven years with Robert Half International, the financial recruitment experts, where she managed their successful Thames Valley operation through the high performance years of the late 1990's. Jennie spent her early career in the oil industry, living and working in West Africa and North America.
Damien Stork is Business Development Director of Ochre House. One of the original buyout team, Damien has become a leading voice in the market, challenging existing talent management and resourcing practices across EMEA and more recently the Asia Pacific region.Damien graduated in Accounting and Finance in 1991 and then spent four years playing rugby fulltime with contracts in England, New Zealand and South Africa. In the five years prior to Ochre House, Damien was founder and Managing Director of a retail and leisure recruitment specialist, which he sold to Trinity Mirror in October 2003.
Peter is responsible for the commercial management of all Ochre House's client contracts and works closely with Sue Brooks and the senior management team to build and direct corporate strategy and steer the financial performance of the business. He is also an important member of our business development team playing a leading part in the writing and submission of Ochre House's response to tenders.Peter was Finance and Commercial Director with Profiles Resource Management from 1996 and in partnership with Sue Brooks played a key part in developing the language and concepts of RPO and in shaping the company that Ochre House is today. Following graduation Peter gained his early commercial training and experience with Mitsui OSK, Honeywell, Bull Group and Honda.
Javier is responsible for Ochre House's Talent Search Solutions division supporting our customers with their strategic and executive hiring programmes. With more than 15 years experience in executive recruitment on a global level he provides strategic direction and innovative solutions that are aligned to business goals and fully integrated to the broader talent management agenda.Javier began his recruitment career as Practice Leader of the Communications Practice for Corporate Executive Search. In 1998 he joined MSL Search, the first UK recruitment consultancy acquired by TMP and then became European Technology Sector Head. From 2001, Javier was the Managing Director of the Search and Selection division of TMP which later become Hudson. Javier then joined Farn Williams Executive Search as COO in 2006 and in March 2007 joined Ochre House as Director of the newly created Executive Search Outsourcing division.
Paul is Director for Asia Pacific, leading our business in that region. With over 10 years' experience in resourcing and talent management, Paul partners with our leading global customers to help transform their resourcing and talent management capability. Paul has held a number of positions at Ochre House and was previously the Director of HR Consulting and Services where he was responsible for developing and executing a range of talent management solutions with leading clients including Agilent Technologies, Telefónica O2 and Bupa.Prior to Ochre House, Paul worked for Futurestep, where he designed and delivered a wide variety of resourcing solutions with global organisations. Paul's early career included programme management roles within the Staffing and Talent Acquisition team at Hewlett Packard.
