The challenge

SAS had identified a need to speed up its recruitment processes in the UK and EMEA region to service growth and to increase the diversity of its workforce. The scope of the task would include around 200 specialist hires per annum, workforce planning, sophisticated targeting, offer management, on-boarding and retention initiatives.
