How to compete for the best to fuel growth
As if economic conditions haven’t been hard enough for medium sized businesses (MSBs) over the past three years, many such businesses are now growing rapidly and finding that acquiring and retaining the best talent is harder than it ever has been. Competition is no less fierce as the skills shortage worsens and larger companies are starting to throw money at attracting the best people again. This increases the squeeze on MSBs, making it incredibly hard for smaller businesses to either attract or retain the talent that is critical to success.
This workshop, hosted by Rachel Dutton, HR Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Dialog Semiconductors explores what MSBs can do to compete, bringing together fifteen senior directors from HR who will be sharing challenges and exchanging ideas, interspersed with case studies from those that have come with innovative solutions to their challenges. Just because you aren’t in the FTSE 100 doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be deploying world-class talent acquisition strategies.
