Ochre House is pleased to announce that we are hosting our first think tank in APAC. The think tank is aimed at giving an insight into the latest thinking in Asia on defining the value of talent within peer organisations. Furthermore, it will let senior HR professionals discuss whether talent is perceived as a value or a cost and will incorporate other key topics such as;

- Identifying what ‘good’ looks like – benchmarking for recruitment, sourcing and securing talent

- How to articulate the value of talent to the business

- What works well for organisations in APAC, and what pitfalls to avoid
- How to accelerate the change
Paul Munder, Talent Acquisition Director, Nike and Alexandra Richardson, Human Resources Director, Pepsi Co will lead interactive discussions where they will explore the challenges they face and identify practical solutions as a group.
