Karen Harbisher is the HR Director for Bupa UKM and is part of the Executive Leadership team that is building a clear strategy and plan for UKM for the next 3-5 years. The focus of this think tank was on building the right talent tactics and creating both offence and defence strategies to make sure the business have the ability to “deliver today and build for tomorrow”.
