Strategic Workforce Planning Think Tank - hosted by ArcelorMittal - London

Few organisations now have the luxury of being able to operate in their comfort zone, the traditional markets where they have built their historical success. The ever-accelerating pace of change in the modern world means that many will need to change and transform to take advantage of opportunities in new areas of business. At the heart of this constant change, people will be the key to gaining competitive advantage.

However our recent benchmarking interviews with some of the world’s largest organisations have indicated that the majority still have no strategic workforce plan and no real knowledge of what capabilities their people will need beyond a three month horizon.

To support the latest strategic thinking on this topic Ochre House and Pinstripe in partnership together, are facilitating five member hosted Strategic Workforce Planning think tanks to share best practice and innovation.

This workshop, hosted by Ali Gilani, Global Head of Resourcing at ArcelorMittal, will give you vital insights into best practice in this area through case studies, roundtable discussions and practical working groups, aiming to collectively create a blueprint for strategic workforce planning that you can apply to your own organisation.

There will be a maximum of 15 delegates on the day. Please contact Prashanie Dharmadasa if you would like to attend or for further information. If you are unable to attend our London think tank, you can join our forthcoming think tanks in Singapore, the US or Holland.
