Holding onto talented individuals is a challenge faced by organisations the world over – the APAC region is no different. However, with the unique drivers and motivators of the Asian workforce, interestingly the region faces challenges that other regions do not. With drivers such as Professional Title, Team Size and Salary being the three primary criteria of how most individuals in APAC measure their career advancement, coupled with the lowest employee engagement levels in the world, how can companies hope to retain people in such fierce conditions?

The purpose of this event is to discuss this retention challenge and to provide some recommendations on how companies can approach these challenges – moving one step closer to tackling them.
