At this workshop we explored the latest strategic thinking on resourcing models in the UK and Europe and how recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) may work for businesses. Through roundtable discussions and case studies we discussed goals and measures of success for the resourcing function, the different resourcing models organisations have adopted, and how organisations can work in partnership with RPO providers to achieve resourcing goals.
Telefonica O2 presented their case study on their experience of transforming the resourcing function in the UK and of partnering with Ochre House. They are now moving to a European model as part of a broader HR transformation programme and shareed some key considerations and lessons learned as part of building the European operating model.
