    Paul Ballard has over 30 years experience in the delivery of HR; recruitment and assessment services on both the client and consultancy side into both the public and private sectors. As part of his current role as Talent Manager in the Talent Search Solutions division of Ochre House, he has managed the strategic transformation of a leading UK media/digital organisation.

    He has developed strategic partnerships across Europe and internationally in order to ensure that clients are offered the most rounded and integrated HR solutions through a centrally-focused, project-managed methodology.

    He has managed multiple international projects that have included integrating internal succession planning strategies with external talent sourcing and he has also written Government policy in the assessment and development of people with disabilities to ensure inclusivity of the talent agenda.

    Dr. Waqar Azmi OBE is a prominent and respected figure. He is listed in the World's 500 Most Influential Muslims published by the Georgetown University's Prince Al-Waleed Bin Talaal Center and the Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre in Jordan.

    He is Chairman & Managing Partner of Waterhouse Consulting Group and EU Ambassador of Intercultural Dialogue (EYID). Prior to this, he was the UK Government’s Chief Diversity Adviser at the Cabinet Office. He worked at the highest levels with responsibility for driving forward Government priorities. He sits on numerous top-level boards and committees and is also listed in the Asian Power 100 list of the most influential Asians in the UK.

    Jane is an experienced business manager, career consultant and coach. After an early career in retail management, Jane joined BUPA Health Insurance where she was responsible for HR, Learning and Development, Quality and Systems Support.

    Having experienced redundancy at first hand, Jane moved into career management in 1992 and since then has worked in a number of roles, delivering outplacement and career management and coaching programmes at all levels up to senior board level in both private and public sector organisations. As Managing Consultant, initially with Cepec and following its acquisition, TMPWorldwide, she was responsible for managing key accounts and successfully project managed complex and varied assignments, including mergers, acquisitions and large-scale re-locations.

    For 4 years Jane was UK Service Delivery Director at Hudson Human Capital Solutions, responsible for all UK services, managing both London and Manchester offices, as well as staff and more than 180 associates across the country.

    Rab MacIver is a Director of Development at Saville Consulting with specific responsibility for the research and development of the Wave portfolio. Rab joined Saville Consulting in 2004 and project managed the development of Wave Professional Styles and Wave Focus Styles integrated assesments and reports.

    A particular focus of Rab's work is developing bespoke reports for clients to implement by matching their organisational competency and values model to te Wave framework and reports, for us in selection and development including 360 degree assessment. Rab has also been involved in the development and implementation of Saville Consulting's assessment training. Rab splits his time between his base in Glasgow, the UK Head Office and the University of Amsterdam where he is a Visiting Scholar.
