Building the blueprint for Strategic Workforce Planning - Munich

Few organisations now have the luxury of being able to operate in their comfort zone, the traditional markets where they have built their historical success. The ever-accelerating pace of change in the modern world means that many will need to change and transform to take advantage of opportunities in new areas of business. At the heart of this constant change, people will be the key to gaining competitive advantage.

However our recent benchmarking interviews with some of the world’s largest organisations have indicated that the majority still have no strategic workforce plan and no real knowledge of what capabilities their people will need beyond a three month horizon.

Hosted by Ochre House, this workshop for HR Directors and Heads of Talent and Resourcing will give you vital insights into best practice in this area through case studies, roundtable discussions and practical working groups. Among those attending are Senior HR and Resourcing Directors from some of the worlds largest organisations such as ArcelorMittal, Oracle, Avery Dennison, CSC, BT, Siemens and DHL who will be sharing their insights in this informative forum. This think tank will also aim to collectively create a blue-print for strategic workforce planning that you can apply to your own organisation.

This think tank is strictly by invitation only and we will only be inviting individuals/organisations with an active interest in the area of Strategic Workforce Planning.
