Agenda

Fast-moving technologies, rapid global expansion, shifting business models, mergers and acquisitions are playing out in front of us. In order to capitalise on these opportunities, leading organisations are confronting a serious need for new kinds of talent and leadership who can operate on a global level.

Developing and hiring leaders who are credible globally has got to be a core competency for all organisations operating on a global level however we are finding that many organisations are facing challenges with the fast pace of change complicating their ability to plan and identify the leadership talent required and subsequently how to be ahead of the curve and build effective and integrated internal and external leadership pipelines.

Hosted by Rachel Denning, Executive International Recruitment Director at Time Warner, this interactive think tank debated and explored what it takes to be ahead of the curve in terms of building global leadership pipelines and what best practice and innovation looks like.
