Ochre House hires Davies to launch new interim division

Ochre House has hired Louise Davies as director of HR resourcing to launch its new human resources interim division and meet an increase in demand for management-level HR personnel.

"Organisations are leaning toward HR, looking to see how they can develop those facilities and get a return on their development. A lot of our business will be around organisational transformation," Davies told Recruiter.

The new division is currently looking to source new business by developing its existing client relationships, and plans to grow the division to eight or nine people over the next three years.

Davies has 23 years' experience in the resourcing industry, working in both the public and private sectors.
