Bupa chooses recruitment outsourcing provider

Healthcare organisation BUPA will be outsourcing recruitment for its UK health insurance business and has selected Ochre House as its outsourcing provider.

Ochre House was selected on the basis of its ability to meet specialist and volume resourcing needs. Its team will be based at BUPA’s offices in Staines and Manchester for the duration of the two-year contract, and will be responsible for the sourcing and selection of around 1300 employees.

Phil Knight, Head of HR for BUPA Health Insurance, explains: “Ochre House was the only company that started with what BUPA needed. They really worked hard to understand our needs and developed innovative responses to meet them. In the short time they have been appointed, they proved their ability to execute and deliver.
