"The Magnificent Middle" - A Talent Management Framework
Think Tank hosted by Orange - By invitation only
The economic crisis has heightened the need for a stronger leadership pipeline and has made talent management a business priority. It has also created new realities for companies and set new priorities in relation to talent management and development. Organisations are increasingly realising that the long-range future of an organisation rests with their middle managers; after all, this is the talent pool that is business critical and will ultimately form the leadership group of tomorrow.
At this small workshop for HR Directors and Heads of Talent we aim to explore the latest thinking on Talent Management Strategies for this “Magnificent Middle” which is often overlooked. We will be discussing and exploring what organisations are doing to identify, develop, deploy and retain their middle management through round table discussions, questioning and case studies. The aim for the afternoon is to build a “Best Practice” Talent Management Framework including ROI.
This think tank will be hosted by Karam Grewal, Head of Leadership Development and Talent at Orange.
