At this workshop we aim to explore the latest strategic thinking on resourcing models and how Recruitment Process Outsourcing may work for you. Through roundtable discussions and case studies we will discuss goals and measures of success for the resourcing function, the different resourcing models organisations have adopted, and how organisations can work in partnership with Recruitment Process Outsourcing providers to achieve resourcing goals.
