A small workshop covering recruitment outsourcing.

This workshop is for organisations that are considering outsourcing or have outsourced but  are looking for a new solution. We will discuss the journey, the key milestones of an outsourcing deal and metrics.

• Case study from a network member who have outsourced the resourcing function - successes & lessons learned
