Global Resourcing Webinar
Hosted by Ochre House and Pinstripe
As companies are dealing with the current economic conditions and strategically plan for recovery and growth, it is recognised that talent acquisition and talent management is critical on a global scale.
Due to the success of our first Global Webinar in October, we will be hosting the webinar again on January 19th 2010 at 4pm. This webinar, hosted by Pinstripe and Ochre House, will discuss the strategies, challenges and opportunities related to global staffing and recruiting today and in the near future.
Our panelists will discuss:
- The current structure of current global talent acquisition in their companies. The different resourcing models organizations have adapted and why. Global / regional / local resourcing delivery models - What is working and what is not working?
- What are the unique considerations of going global?
- Is global recruitment process consistency necessary and valuable or not?
- How can organizations work with RPO partners to support transformation to a strategic global resourcing model? What are they currently outsourcing within the recruitment process?
- How to drive continuous improvement and innovation globally?
- Has their global recruiting strategy uncovered new metrics and reporting?
