The Board

Chris Herrmannsen - Group Managing Director
Chris was President of European Recruitment and HR Consulting operations for Hudson Inc (previously TMP Worldwide/Monster) before leading the MBO which formed Ochre House in 2006.

Richard Martin - Chairman
Chair of the NHS Professionals Special Health Authority, Richard was formerly President of Adecco UK and Managing Director of Granada Hospitality Limited.

Mark Owen - NBGI
Mark was a director of Granville Private Equity Managers for six years, following five years with Schroders Corporate Finance running their private transactions team. Previously, he spent ten years in the engineering, paper and building products sectors.

Andrew Frome - Group Financial Director
Andrew qualified as an ACA with KPMG, was Financial Controller of Glaxo Wellcome’s Eastern European Operations and was a board member at Edotech, an MBO from Barclays Bank.

Sue Brooks
The founder of Ochre House’s RPO capabilities, Sue has over 20 years’ experience in HR consultancy and commercial management.

Eddie Austin
A veteran of more than 25 years in talent sourcing, Eddie began his career in the technical, oil and gas and engineering sectors, and was a founding member of Celsian Group.

Jennie Emerson
After working in operations and consulting roles in the oil industry, Jennie went on to manage the Thames Valley region for recruitment specialists, Robert Half International. Jennie lived and worked overseas for more than 20 years, spending over half of this time in West Africa.

Damien Stork
After starting life as a professional rugby player Damien has developed a highly successful career as a talent management professional and was the co-founder of one of Ochre House’s key divisions.
